HR Generalist - Alexandria

Hiring:

• Handle Hiring Operations for new vacancies and hiring requests
• Complete all hiring actions, assure the fulfillment of hiring required documents
• Working together with recruitment to identify and fulfill the needful training or educational certificates.
• Assigning newcomers on HRIS system.
• Preparing and sending hiring notice as per distributed list.

Database:

• Contribute to the definition and to the updating of the corporate roles/standard positions
• Following up the employment contracts and probation period due dates to be sent to the concerned manager.
• Preparing the renewal contract according to the company policy

Industrial Relations:

• Dealing with the social insurance authority and finalizing all related documents and procedures.
• Organizing the employee’s files to be in a same standard.
• Dealing with the labor office and solve any problem related the matter

Administrative services support:

• Deployment of HR administrative activities guaranteeing an effective service level and the process efficiency.
