Job Description
- Impose orientation to be completed by outlet manager in duty for the following new hired ;
- Busser
- Cashier
- Waiter
- Head Waiter
- Attend daily meeting/briefing with the outlet team to updated team with the latest as per meeting points monthly plan
- Supervisor
- How to coach , mentor and follow up with their team
- Prioritize their daily tasks
- Solve their daily customer complaint.
- How to delegate tasks to subordinates
- How to give feedback to subordinates
- Explain and educate staff on current and updated menu dishes.
- Follow up with managers on service sequence and protocol proceed on outlet floor.
- Participate in classroom training for Busser, waiter, head waiter and cashier.
- Assists the management team in evaluating the performance of all members through following a scientific approach and provides constructive feedbacks for necessary actions
- Audit on IRG Outlet as per planned schedule. Conducts continuous field visits and business trips to ensure that best practices are well implemented, checks needed areas’ for improvements and ensures the standardization of the service ( FOH & HOH ).
Job Requirements
- Must be experience in food and beverage industry field From 3-5 years.
- Bachelor Degree.
- Good at English.
- Experience in food industry is a must.
- Experience in on job training more than 2 years.
