Company Overview

Green Place is the leading Electronic waste recycling company in Egypt and MENA region.

Green Place is working under the holding company Greest FZCO, Dubai. We are an international company with offices in 4 countries, and working in 16 country around the world.

Green Place is working in recycling field, with specialty in Electronics waste only. We have large array of clients both local and international clients.

We are working in 2 main business lines: Scrap and Corporate.

Corporate (ITAD): means dealing with electronic waste coming directly from clients (Companies, banks, hospitals…etc).

Scrap: means dealing with electronic waste coming from dealers.

We are expanding our operations in Egypt and acquiring new talents who will be soon leaders in their departments.

 

Job Description

Job title: Corporate account specialist

In this job, the employee will be handling current clients in corporate business line as explained earlier, and will work on getting new clients from different sectors to sell our services to them.

Main responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Create initiative to increase awareness of the company.
  • Follow up with current clients.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Tackle new customers by phone and email.
  • Prepare quotations; pick up schedule and certificates for the orders.
  • Arrange logistics for pick up.
  • Work closely with top management to achieve the growth rate required.
  • Prepare monthly summary for jobs of the month (Financial summary and Quantity summary).
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Handle clients’ objections and problems.
  • Create email campaign for targeting new clients.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events representing the company.

Job Requirements

Main requirements

  • Fluent English (Writing and speaking).
  • Well organized.
  • Ability to handle pressure.
  • Working well with MS office , Google Docs, Google Sheets, Emails.
  • Ability to learn new skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience with agency background desirable.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks.
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
