Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and committed Production Coordinator to join our team You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of production from development through to shipment, ensuring all key dates are met to deliver quality product on time, and predetermining quality and specification requirements are in line with our company financial objectives.
- Produce and send style packs to relevant supplier
- Maintain & update files with style status
- Track range progress daily ensuring all styles are on target for on time delivery and communicating any issues with solutions.
- Supply & approve all care instructions for bulk production
- Prior to fittings ensure all offshore garments are measured against spec & any fit, styling or workmanship comments are noted for discussion
- Manage & run fittings of garments for offshore styles
- Coordinate style arrival details and arrange model for fittings
- Maintain consistent communication levels by liaising with all Internal Departments regarding production & delivery
- Assist with all administrative tasks
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an offshore production role in essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
- Project management skills
- Abilty to work in a small team environment
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Experience in fashion retail product development is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding PC skills and clear verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Proficiency in all MS Office programs, specifically in Excel
