Job Description
- We are looking for a professional Web Developer and Social Media Moderator, multitalented and multitasking, self-motivated individual with a positive can-do attitude, who has experience in Web Design & Development, Social Networking Accounts Creation & Management, Web & Social Content Writing/Editing, and Graphic Design. Tentatively in Teleiconic, "I know how to do it" and "I can do it".

- Social Networking Responsibilities:
- Create, implement, and manage our Social Networking Accounts (Google My Business, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Reddit, and Quora).
- Design, Generate, Edit, Publish and Share Daily Social Networking Content (Original Text, Images, Videos) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
- Define the most important social media KPIs and work towards them, and analyzing data/metrics, insights, best practices, and then act on the information.
- Develop, implement, and manage our social networking strategy in accordance with our marketing strategic objectives.
- Continuing education and training to stay up to date with the latest Social Networking best practices, technologies, and algorithms.
- Web Responsibilities:
- Design, Develop, Host and manage our Website and Blog on our hosting.
- Design, Generate, Edit, and Publish Web and Blog Content (Original Text, Images, and Videos).
- Back up files from Web sites to local directories for recovery.
- Monitor, and work towards optimizing (SEO, CRO) and provide constructive feedback.
- Analyzing information to recommend and plan the installation of new systems or modifications of an existing system.
- Continuing education and training to stay up to date with the latest Web SEO best practices, technologies, and algorithms.
- Work Conditions:
- 8 working hours.
- 5 working days and 2 days off.
Job Requirements
- Uncompromising integrity and strong dedication to professionalism.
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Web Developer & Social Networking Moderator.
- Fluency in the English Language (written, and verbal).
- Native understanding of each social media network.
- Exceptional experience in creating, implementing, and managing Social Networking Accounts.
- Exceptional skills in Writing/Editing Content of Social Networking.
- Graphic Designing.
- Good understanding of social networking KPIs.
- Social Networking Strategist, using social networking for brand awareness and impressions.
- Ability to sympathize, engage, and effectively communicate with a diverse range of people and opinions
- Provide customer service and handle complaints.
- Strong knowledge of Designing, Development Web, and Blog.
- Exceptional skills in Writing, Editing Web and Blog Content.
- Understanding of SEO, CRO, and web traffic metrics.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent multi-task, prioritize, manage time effectively, high sense of ownership, and be responsible for deliverables and tasks.
- Able to be a critical thinker, problem-solving, develop ideas, processes and clearly express them.
- Deep understanding of the services provided by our company.
- Able to work night or overnight shifts.
- Willing to start immediately.
