Recording and reviewing stock in and out vouchers and matching them with purchase requests and supply orders
Determine the re-order limit and the maximum inventory items
Inventory valuation monthly according to the specified method
Providing and developing different reports to the company’s departments on inventory balances
Carry out the necessary work for inventory and assets audit
Reviewing and recording invoices for the purchase of various fixed assets
Verify the correctness of the fixed asset balances shown in the trial balance by referring to all documents supporting the transactions, as well as depreciation accounts and the method of their calculation
Recording, reviewing and evaluating fixed asset value changes during the year, with verification of the supporting documents
Responsible on fixed asset audit with external audit and tax inspection
Reviewing and resolve issues with fixed assets transferred between different sites

Proven working experience as inventory & fixed asset accountant
Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principle
Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
Proficiency in English and in MS Office
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
