Job Description
- Consult and handle all corporate legal processes (e.g. intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, financial/securities offerings, compliance issues, transactions, agreements, lawsuits,)
- Research, anticipate and guard company against legal risks
- Structure, draft, and review reports and other legal documents
- Represent the company in legal proceedings (administrative boards, court trials, etc.)
- Draft and administer all contracts
- Representing companies in front of all government agencies and taking the necessary measures for companies to comply with the latest applicable legislation, laws, and decisions
- Preparing, drafting, and reviewing all types of contracts for the company from partnership contracts, franchises, work, and other contracts
- Prepare cases for legal action of various kinds and secures evidence and documentation.
- Prepare and present legal documents and studies required by contracted lawyers, follow-up on lawsuits in courts.
- Review and draw contracts and agreements in the proper legal form and within the applied laws.

Job Requirements
- BS Degree in Law.
- Ability to develop & amend various contract types
- 3-5 years of experience.
- Experienced in drafting and reviewing different types of contracts.
