Job Description

IR Home Appliance Sales Manager (Small Domestic appliance – Home Appliance) is required at Kanawat for trading and distribution Nasr city - Cairo

*Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for achieving annual sales objectives while positioning the business for continued growth in future years.
  • Identify and develop preferred channels and partners to assure a solid profitable growth on Kanawat brand.
  • Develop Sales strategies & tactics for each customer/distribution channel.
  • Collaboratively implement overall strategy, tools, and trainings focused on Expert sales and Clients retention.
  • Coaches and leads his distributor’s sales team to ensure that they follow their given schedules, route plans and their sales target.
  • Supervises the performance by reviewing daily sales and collection reports, and provides feedback and recommends corrective actions when needed.
  • Performs regular market visits to ensure the stability of the performance, initiate corrective actions in case of any problems as well as maintaining good customer relationships and introducing new products.
  • Identifying business opportunities for distributor sales people and work with them to develop business relationships and close deals.
  • Lead sales performance management analysis and reporting for execution against targets, including forecasting ,quarterly and annual planning
  • Understand the market, the competition and capture market data to drive new sales leads.
  • Analyze market segment, deliver periodic reporting to the sales and marketing teams providing key business insights: typical reporting relates to Demand Generation, Pipeline Forecast and Trends, Target Account, Market Segmentation.
  • Collaborate and contribute on planning and execution of new marketing Strategy, promotion plans, and measurement of Sell out.
  • Track and periodically report to senior leaders on incentive plan performance and cost analysis against revenue generation.

Job Requirements

*   Job Specifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales / Marketing, Business Administration or a relevant field & prefer MBA holder.
  • Experience: 15+ experience in Home Appliance & Small Domestic Appliance Distribution Sector including at least 5 years in management position.
  • Age (Years): Not less than 40 years.
  • Excellent English, Oral / written Abilities
