Review of enquiry documentation for projects under study including technical Specifications and drawings received from the client's consultant to formulate a full tender package.
Compile and issue tender documentation including quotation technical data sheets and drawings.
Negotiating Tech & Fin offers received from suppliers and Manufactures.
Preparation of technical submittals and compliance statements.
Make count for quantities of various business.
Preparation of item analysis and cost study for projects under tender.
Follow-up the projects with the contractor after the tender, prepare project time & cash flow schedules.
Liaise with an obtain costs from equipment suppliers and subcontractor.
Preparation and issuing of post order documentation.
Preparation Value Engineering.

Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical Section).
Past experience with similar position with MEP contractor.
3-5 years of experience hands-on experience in as Cost Engineer in An Electro-Mechanical Field (MEP).
Must have good experience in construction site.
Professional Ms. Excel & Auto-CAD user.
