Job Description
- Leadership in developing advanced concepts, techniques, standards and setting the technical direction for the departments design processes and procedures
- Providing positive leadership and team building which will encourage employee engagement and maintain a high morale.
- Provide input into the design and control of the development budgets, construction cost, operational modeling and forecasting and for architectural plans and specifications.
- Maintains active status on existing permits, manages all required permit modifications during construction, and ensures compliance and final certification.
- Monitor design processes and prepare reports on projects while seeing ahead to the future possibilities.
- Evaluate the project delivery performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
- Development and monitoring of project specific execution plans to reconcile Scope and budget.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering
- Professional Engineering license is required
- 15-20 overall years of experience, At least 10 years in Architecture projects management and execution.
- Experience in design and management of mega projects
- Mastering project management tools and programs (Primavera, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Including Excel and PowerPoint)
- Advanced communication and organizational skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills both in Arabic and English languages
- Ability of working with staff on all levels
