Job Description
- Secure new business through outbound telesales activity, achieving key performance indicators and revenue targets
- Cold calling of the automotive based businesses / prospective customers
- To achieve / exceed all personal / team KPI and revenue targets set by the business management [daily, weekly, monthly and annual targets are defined]
- Service and contact existing customer portfolio to ensure that;
- Customer expectations are met and exceeded
- Customer relations are managed to a high level
- Customer renewal and retention are maximized
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales or Telesales fields
- Has connections and contacts with car dealers or showrooms
- Owns a car
- Language Skills: English and Arabic Speaking
- I.T. Proficiency (all essential)
