Job Description
- Be a contact point for phone, visitors and email
- Manage post and deliveries
- Manage external suppliers of services
- Manage physical and digital filing of company information
- Develop systems to improve organization
- Dealing with payments, receipts and invoices
- Chase customer payments when needed
- Assisting with financial reporting
- Liaison with accountants
- Organise meetings, events and travel as needed, and take meeting minutes
- Maintain and ensure adherence to our policies and regulatory obligations
- Arrange maintenance and testing occasionally, as needed
- Liaise with suppliers/subcontractors
Job Requirements
Education degree & Certificates:
- Bachelor of Science, veterinary or Pharmacy is a must.
Experiences:
- Prefer Experience in pharmaceutical industry or Medical industry
Skills:
- Excellent in English Language.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Windows, Office, Internet.
- Ability to work independently
- Work under pressure
