Business Planning Head

Align sectors and departments plans with corporate Strategies and business objectives to :

• Vision and Mission Strategic Map (on BSC)
• Support Departments and Sectors to develop plans through :
• Work closely with Departments Managers, through brain storming sessions, workshops, and meetings.
• Work closely with Sectors Directors and Sectors committees , through brain storming sessions, analysis workshops, and planning meetings
• Performance Monitoring, Analysis, and Control through:
• Professional assessment tools (BSC & KPIs Dashboard).
• Analysis Reports for assessment results.
• Analysis Reports for performance indicators.
• Analysis Reports for Business Reviews.
• Support the planning function for managers through :
• Research to find practical solutions to business problems and obstacles to achieving the Business objectives.
• Work Business Analysis, according to the results of the KPIs and investigators plans and the list of verifying the implementation of policies, procedures and recommendations
• Support all development and improvement projects, analyzes and follow-up and the development of measurement standards and operational plans and follow-up
• Access to similar labor market changes and trends in the development, management, organization and development for use in the scope of the company according to the company's strategies and tactics
• Making the feasibility of new projects studies that will growth occur in business results, according to market studies and the demand, financial evaluation, the employment plan, budget, social and economic impacts, and all the factors affecting the conduct of operations and to achieve the company's goals of profitability and growth targets.
