DESCRIPTION:

We’re on the hunt for someone to join our team who is talented at Social Media, able to deliver cool, creative ideas that go far beyond the basics of a tweet here and there. We want someone who can bring fashionable inspiration, strong communication and a great personality to a team who work in a fast-paced environment.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Create, develop and execute SHEETAG.com’s social media footprint across the Middle East
  • Lead social influencer marketing strategy for client programs
  • Research and identify key influencers, bloggers and online media in designated verticals
  • Create content strategy for daily communication with focus on e-commerce products across multiple platforms to create engagement and conversions
  • Create and manage quarterly advertising spend to drive social media reach, engagement and conversion on SHEETAG.com
  • Strategically analyze and monitor the response to all outputs on each platforms, create effective reports on interaction, reach and engagement
  • Maintain a standard of excellence through all social media platforms, communicating with an excellent and on-brand tone of voice
  • Develop marketing alliances with local partners such as designers, bloggers, media, etc. to drive awareness, engagement and revenue opportunities

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (fashion marketing, online marketing, e-business, etc.) with a focus on social media
  • 5+ years of online and/or social media experience with a proven track record of results including former platforms managed
  • Ability to work in self-directed, fast-paced environment
  • Highly proficient computer skills across all Microsoft platforms
  • Proven track record of social media innovation and implementation
  • Proficient in main social media platforms (Snapchat, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Polyvore and Google +) in a business/brand capacity
  • Experience in working in the field of fashion/online fashion
  • Highly proficient in English and Arabic with excellent grammar and writing skills, including ability to write creative and influencing copy and creative visuals
  • Background in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Conversocial, etc.) understanding all the mechanics including analytics, short links, etc.
  • Proven commitment to keeping up-to-date with latest communication advancements, online trends and innovations
  • Experience identifying, recruiting and managing influencer / brand ambassador programs for large, national consumer facing brands and has established relationships with them.
  • Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously with excellent personal organizational skills with high attention to detail.
