Job Description
The Technical Support Specialist Position is required for AL Rehab's Electronic Gates and the role will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Installation and maintenance of electronic gates
- Installation and maintenance of surveillance cameras
- Updating the electronic portals periodically
- Maintenance and updating of the cards and sticker for customers
- Work networks to connect all the devices of the electronic gates (barrier + arms + control panels)
- Establishing networks for surveillance cameras and repairing them
- Receiving the fieldwork and tasks from contractors
- Make periodic reports to the direct supervisor to follow up the work
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or any related field is a must.
- Experience in Active Control Systems, Security Systems, or Surveillance Systems.
- Very Good command of English.
- Very Good computer skills.
