Job Description
We are looking for Application Support Engineers.
Responsibilities:
- First line support for customer escalations and compiling of information pertaining to incident reports.
- Respond to customer requests.
- Analyze customer issues.
- Performs troubleshooting and diagnose the issues from Business and Technical prospective.
- Escalate unresolved or unknown issues to second line support.
- Collect, Analyze, and reformat customer requirements for new changes.
Job Requirements
- 0-2 Years Experience
- Basic Knowledge about Oracle SQL/PLSQL.
- Basic Knowledge about Unix commands.
- Self-motivated.
- ITI graduated is preferred
