Job Description
- Provide technical support to networking & operating systems for different systems of the organization
- Troubleshoot issues related to our different systems including software, hardware, and networking
- Provide support to end-users (staff) on using our different systems
- Ensure our IT systems are running efficiently
- Monitor & ensure backup procedures are done correctly
Job Requirements
- University degree in IT fields or related study
- Good command of English (reading & writing)
- Windows admin.
- LAN & WAN admin.
- IT security knowledge is a plus
