Job Description
- Plan and direct all functions of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation.
- Implement effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs And monitor the food and beverage budget to ensure efficient operation and those expenditures stay within budget limitations.
- Insure compliance with organization policies and procedures that relate to food and beverage .
- Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements.
- Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
- Strong knowledge of infection control and quality .
- Train, supervise, develop, disciplinary, counsel, and evaluate employees according to policies and procedures.
