Job Description
- Supervise Sales Managers and Insurance Specialists assigned to his/her area.
- Regular reporting to CMO
- Coaching and monitoring Insurance Specialists in the assigned area.
- Retain and expand existing business relationships.
- Regular reporting of business activities to the insurance company
- Maintain regular MIS and reconciliation measures between Agency and insurance company
- Represent the company in community organizations, community projects and special marketing efforts within the Clients.
- Train coach and develop Managers facing staff on newly launched insurance products and services.
- Represent the company in community organizations, community projects and special marketing efforts within the Clients.
- Train coach and develop Insurance Specialists on newly launched insurance products and services as well as new sales techniques.
- Assumes additional responsibilities as follows.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ sales management experience (preferably insurance industry)
- Managerial and team building skills
- Target oriented, self-organized and motivating
- University Graduate
- English language is a must and native Arabic as well
- Ability for numerical analysis
