- Drives strategies for analytics across the division
- Consults with business stakeholders on data-based insights
- Leads the continuous improvement of data science and analytics
- Creates automated reporting and dashboards for marketing, UX, fulfilment, sales, and customer data
- Ensures accuracy of data capture strategy
- Provides data driven business insights and delivers recommendations that address opportunities for site improvements
- Maintain and evolve the tracking of our customer activity and behavior.
- Deliver customer analysis making proactive recommendations on the right customers
- Build ROI models based on structured data-based approaches to drive expansion of capabilities
- Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in Site Analytics and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans
- Automate marketing channel management
- Building spent vs target dashboard based on gathering data from different API
- Designing, developing and implementing tracking for new features of the website.
- Analyzing budget performance across all marketing channels to optimize for ROAS
