Job Description
- Creating, editing, compiling, assessing and reviewing technical documents.
- Works with architects, developers, technical support, and QA personnel to write, update, and edit system documentation, including purpose of features, how-tos, system flow charts and data elements and definitions.
- Prepare software user manuals, specifications, online help and other software technical publications.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- Proven track record of 4+ years of professional experience specializing in creating, editing, compiling, assessing and reviewing technical documents.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, (MadCap Flare/robohelp/Help & Manual knowledge is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to manage time and meet required deadlines.
