Job Description

Project Management: -

  • Responsible to receive client project/s, any project updates or feedback, and make sure he got all the necessary information to start executing the project processes.
  • Monitoring and supervising the preparation process.
  • Assigning necessary resources for the project.
  • Issuing instructions/check lists if applicable to any or all parties involved in the project.
  • Communicate with the client about any raised queries from the working teams at any phase of working process and make sure they have an answer to their queries and not leads to wrong, missing deliverable.
  • Monitoring and supervising the process time table.
  • Ensuring contact is maintained with all parties involved in the process.
  • Ensuring contact is maintained with the client with all the current project progress, and make sure to well inform the client about any expected delays on the delivery time table.
  • Do the necessary project documentation either internally or externally, and make sure he has all the necessary checklists, reports or any related papers from the working teams.
  • Following up with the client about delivery and make sure he received correct files.

Vendor Management: -

  • Active management of our suppliers database.
  • Recruitment of new specialized vendors in order to create and expand multilingual and dedicated resource supply databases to accommodate clients’ needs.
  • Evaluation and tracking of vendor performance.
  • Relationship management with existing vendors.
  • Compiling monthly reports on vendor recruitment.
  • Rate negotiations.
  • Assisting Production Teams on specific vendor requirements based on project pipelines.

Job Requirements

  • 0-1 year experience required.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Translation & localization industry experience is not required but helpful.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Troubleshooting.
