Multicare for Pharmaceutical Industries is seeking a professional caliber to join the Planning and Procurement Team at the factory as Purchasing Specialist as per the following details :
Designation: Purchasing Specialist
Location: Industrial Zone, third Installment, New Cairo
Grade: C01/C02 Reporting: Planning Manager
Reporting to : Planning Manager
Responsibilities:
- Plan the purchasing needs of Multicare Egypt through leading the end to end process from raising Purchasing Request to the Purchasing Order after granting required approvals
- Ensure specifications of raw and packaging materials fulfill the standards against what is captured in the P.O.
- Monitor the progress of execution of set P.Os with different functions like Finance, Procurements, etc.
- Keep eyes on inventory and stocks on hand to ensure timely delivery and avoiding stock rupture
- Maintain and extend the database of suppliers to ensure supply and production continuity
- Strictly adhere and comply with vis-à-vis governing purchasing guidelines, policies and procedures and ensure proper archiving and documentation

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Life science qualification (Pharmacy, Science, Vet, etc.)
- Previous experience of similar role is mandated preferably in Pharmaceutical Sector
- Self-driven personality with unmatched sense of urgency
- Good interpersonal skills
- Self-sufficiency and team orientation
- English proficiency both writing and speaking
- Excellent IT literacy especially for MS-Office and ERPs
