Fustany is looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team as a full timer. The job description includes:

Improving performance of website and apps
Working on new and upcoming features
Developing new products
Design, build, test, and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable Ruby code
Contribute in all phases of the development cycle
Work on performance and responsiveness optimization
Front-end and back-end development
Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and solutions for such
Help maintain code quality, organization and atomization.
Knack for writing clean, readable Ruby code.
Ensure the best possible performance, quality and responsiveness of the applications.

Hardworking and problem solving skills.
Ability to work within strict timelines.
Design and implementation.
Demonstrable knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering
3+ years experience in developing with Ruby on Rails.

Experience with developing highly interactive applications and well-designed APIs.
Confidence with Test-Driven and Behavior-Driven Development.
Experience with open source technologies.
Experience with both external and embedded databases.
Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes.
