Job Description
- Conduct training workshops, presentations, sales meetings to support and achieve the sales targets of MEA.
- Motivate, inspire and influence
- Be the expert in Product Knowledge and be able to offer solutions to Customer needs
- Be an integral member of the team and align with them on needs for Training
- Take the initiative to plan and execute the Training plan to influence Endorsers.
- Design training materials to improve the effectiveness of the Sales Force through education of products.
- Identify and implement training modules to facilitate effective training for employees and clients.
- Be flexible and champion new training methodology: e-learning / Web /
- Work with associates to ensure proper communication and complete understanding of products to all clients, associates and sales staff.
- Gather Market feedback and share with the Sales team
- Focus point regarding product queries for MEA team and Customers/ dealers & Associates
- Be a contributing and positive member of the Training team
Job Requirements
- Excellent communicator
- Ability to speak in front of an audience
- Charismatic and has a good sense of humor
- Willingness to constantly learn
- 3+ Years work experience in Sales/ Retail/ Marketing
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Fluent French is a plus
