Network and Telecom Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support and maintain LANs, WANs, network segments, Telephone/VoIP services and connectivity, Internet, and intranet systems to maintain Networks efficiency.
• Assemble, configure, and maintain wiring closets, cabling, consoles, firewalls, switches,
  routers, etc.
• Evaluate, propose and implement system and network changes and upgrades.
• Build tools and automation to eliminate manual operations to maintain a highly available
  infrastructure.
• Work with internal business teams/stakeholders, and various technology departments to
  gather requirements and diagnose network related problems.
• Manage for performing changes to maintain the reliability of the network as it grows.
• Manage vendor relationships as it depends on daily operational needs to ensure that top
  quality solutions are available to the staff.
• Review Purchasing orders of service support tools and equipment in order not to exceed
  approved budget.
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies, processes and procedures for effective
  delivery of services and improvement Customer IT Support.
• Ensures that daily, weekly, and monthly statistics, status reports, and graphical reporting
  aids are completed and continually modified to meet the needs of the department.
• Manage, motivate, develop and assess Network and Telecom team to improve team
  members’ performance level.
