Job Description
- Assist with maximizing sales volume
- Advise and consult on our products and finishes to all clients – helping them with the selection and purchase of our goods and services
- Improving and maintaining the showroom displays
- Keep Colortek Egypt’s social media up-to-date
- Answering phone calls, making appointments and scheduling projects, meetings and/or site visits
- Continuously develop and maintain your knowledge of Colortek products, technologies and techniques
- Preparing quotations and receipts for clients
Job Requirements
- Must have at least 1-3 years’ experience in sales or customer service
- High School education or higher is required
- Must be professional with a positive attitude and have the ability to learn product knowledge quickly
- Basic computer skills required with Microsoft Office
- The ability to be flexible and work as part of a team and share responsibilities
- Good organizational, interpersonal, and customer relations skills are required
- Fluent in English and Arabic
