Job Description
- The CEO needs to lead the execution of the reform plan, put together by the international consultant, and approved by the Holding company, within the company, and in accordance with the framework of the entire group reform plan.
- The targeted CEO should work closely with the executive management team (under assessment and selection), coordinate with the board of directors, and report to the holding company CEO, towards implementing the reform plan, besides overseeing the daily work, in complete balance.
- The selected CEO will also work closely with the (under establishment) company focused on marketing and sales of the entire product mix of the group, in both local and international, as well as retail and corporate markets.
- Finally, the CEO is responsible for the full compliance with local laws and regulations, as well as the introduction and insurance of the full adoption of the new set of policies and procedures, put together for the enhanced governance of the entire sector.
Job Requirements
- Experience in street lighting is a must
