Job Description

  • Assist in recruitment processes  to source candidates and update our candidate database job requirements, phone screening, update Job descriptions and job posts
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Promote HR programs and activities to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Assist in the insurance process, Communicate with public offices labor or insurance offices when necessary
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Manage and support office needs, maintenance
  • Other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

  • HR and Admin Experience 1-3 years covers most of HR functions
  • B/A degree any major
  • HR certificates is preferable
  • Aware of Labor Law guidelines
  • Excellent communication skills , presentation skills
  • Initiative to propose new ideas for enhancement
  • Giza residents is preferable
  • Males preferred
