Job Description
Main Duties:
- Responsible for generating content for client’s social media accounts according to social media strategy.
- Manage and moderate the social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels.
- Explore new ways to engage and identify new social media to reach target audience.
- Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from social media presence.
- Participate in social media strategy creation process and engage in generating its creative ideas.
- Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI.
- Respond to complaints, questions and comments left on the company’s social media pages in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Monitors site analytics to see what types of content followers respond to the most and report the update to the Marketing manager.
- Research to see what competitors are doing and to learn popular trends to incorporate into the strategy.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred major marketing)
- Good English is a must
- Age max 28 years
- Creative thinker with a passion for social media
- Willing to learn
- Excellent writing skills
- Interpersonal communication skills
