Job Description

  • Assess employees needs by conducting surveys to find out what motivates and engages employees, and make recommendations based on research and analysis.
  • Monitor and research benefits policies, plans, and trends.
  • Ensure benefits plans are cost-effective, and competitive.
  • Collaborate with benefits vendors.
  • Administer the organization’s benefits programs (e.g., healthcare plan, life insurance plan, etc.)
  • Answer employee queries on benefit matters.
  • Administer company business travel arrangements (local & international), including visa issuance, air ticket booking, and hotel booking.
  • Administer company and personal mobile line, and act as the focal point between the company and the Mobile Operators.
  • Coordinate the payment for benefits bills & invoices, including reconciling amounts and obtaining required approvals.
  • Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted HR practices.
  • Ensure data accuracy and timeliness of employee benefit records through both electronic systems and paper files.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, preferably AUC, GUC, MIU graduates.
  • 1-3 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Prior experience in various types of corporate benefits.
  • Familiarity with HR practices and compensation cycle management.
  • Competent quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Customer oriented, with cooperative spirit.
