Job Description
- Assess employees needs by conducting surveys to find out what motivates and engages employees, and make recommendations based on research and analysis.
- Monitor and research benefits policies, plans, and trends.
- Ensure benefits plans are cost-effective, and competitive.
- Collaborate with benefits vendors.
- Administer the organization’s benefits programs (e.g., healthcare plan, life insurance plan, etc.)
- Answer employee queries on benefit matters.
- Administer company business travel arrangements (local & international), including visa issuance, air ticket booking, and hotel booking.
- Administer company and personal mobile line, and act as the focal point between the company and the Mobile Operators.
- Coordinate the payment for benefits bills & invoices, including reconciling amounts and obtaining required approvals.
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted HR practices.
- Ensure data accuracy and timeliness of employee benefit records through both electronic systems and paper files.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, preferably AUC, GUC, MIU graduates.
- 1-3 years of prior relevant experience.
- Prior experience in various types of corporate benefits.
- Familiarity with HR practices and compensation cycle management.
- Competent quantitative and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Customer oriented, with cooperative spirit.
