Job Description
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed through inbound calls.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward clients at all times
- Acknowledging and resolving clients complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
- Keeping records of clients interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Experience 1+ year as a Call Center Agent
- Familiarity with our industry (Shipping/Logistics) is a plus
- Experience using help desk and support tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Patience when handling tough cases
- Multi-tasking abilities
