Job Description
- Support organizational planning including creation of organizational charts, review of roles and responsibilities and job descriptions.
- Create and develop core & function competency models.
- Create definitions of desired individual or group performance, and identify data collection tools, data sources, benchmarks, and performance targets.
- Assist the organization in areas of leadership development, organizational redesign, team development and change management.
- Manage the process of replacement planning, succession planning, key employee retention design, change management, workforce management and development.
- Oversee employee compliance with all performance management processes (annual performance review process, goal setting, probationary reviews, employee development planning).
- Responsible for timely completion of performance reviews and evaluations for all employees.
- Build trust with employees and assess the degree of employee satisfaction and engagement that exists in a department or in the organization.
- Recommend training and development systems.
- Conduct salary survey to ensure that the company’s compensation system & structure in line with the market
Job Requirements
- Male Only
- Experience: (3 to 5) years in OD, Manufacturing Industry is preferred
- Diploma or Accredited Certification in HR Management.
- Solid and demonstrated expertise in Change Management, Learning, Talent & Organizational development
- Professional oral and Verbal Communication.
- Excellent English
- Business Writing Skills, Organization, Teamwork,project management skills and Presentation skills.
- High professional standards and strong business ethics.
- An excellent user of MS office, ERP is an advantage.
- Sound knowledge of local labor laws and government requirements
- Quick learner & ability to perform multi-tasks
