Job Description
- Lead functional tracks on our ERP Cloud engagements
- Engage with clients and lead workshops to define business requirements
- Conduct gap analysis between delivered functionality and client requirements and recommend solutions
- Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM Fusion Functional Payroll and Talent Management
- Versatile Experience on Oracle EBS and Fusion Implementation, Upgrade and Support projects
- Able to map customer’s business process to Oracle Cloud PPM processes
- Able to configure Cloud PPM to align with customer’s business processes
- Lead customers in identifying test scenarios
- Develop testing scenarios, test scripts and leading teams in unit, integration and acceptance testing
- Facilitate knowledge transfer
Job Requirements
- Lead Experience in Cloud Oracle Cloud HCM Fusion Functional Payroll and Talent Management implementations and/or upgrades
- Completed 2+ Oracle Cloud implementations
- 5 years of ERP Implementation Experience
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of people
- Able to effectively collaborate with Customers, PMO, Onsite & Offshore team
- Capable to work independently, take initiative with minimal supervision yet can participate as a team member with a willingness to help where needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening and interpersonal skills
- Strong Knowledge in Oracle HRMS Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service (SSHR), Absence Management and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), I-recruitment and Oracle Learning Management (OLM) modules.
- Experience in analyzing, designing and debugging
- Full life cycle implementations experience in EBS and Fusion
- Organized and detailed oriented
- Able to fully utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Adapt to new projects quickly with a can-do, jump-right-in attitude
- 4-year Bachelor degree (or equivalent experience)
Experience:
- Oracle Cloud implementations: 2 years (Preferred)
- ERP Implementation: 5 years (Preferred)
