Job Description
- Manages the allocated accounts throughout the tenure of the relationship and promotes the partnership between key customers and company
- Grows and expands the business with key accounts through cross selling, volume growth and regional expansion
- Fulfills all key accounts requirements and expectations in Egypt and regionally whenever needed.
- Resolves all operational and financial issues pertaining to assigned accounts
- Works closely with Operations Departments and regional Agility offices and harmonize the services and agreements offered to Key accounts
- Analyzes problems or issues withholding growth, finds solutions, and takes specific measures to overcome them
- Controls operational costs and financial exposure of assigned key accounts while at the same time meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
- Reports to sales management on key accounts issues, revenues growth plans, action plans to resolve outstanding issues, etc.
- Any other related duties / projects assigned by the direct supervisor from time to time to meet the business exigencies
Job Requirements
- 3PL, 4PL, DC, Key account management, Business Development Management, Sales & Marketing Management…
- Solid Base in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing & Transportation.
- 15 Years of Experience
- Fluent in English

- Excellent in dealing with Numbers & Figures
- Competent profile in Negotiation
