Job Description
- Manage the new ERP implementation Project & Department.
- Managed relations between the vendor and the in-house development. team for securing necessary integration between the ERP and the third party application.
- Coordinate roles & scenarios between the company management and users & vendor Consultants.
- Responsible for monitoring the project's performance: plans, progress against milestones.
- Participate with a vendor in AS - IS Business Process Workshops and Gap analysis.
- Communicate the new business processes with top management and across departments and help to address any uncertainty and concern.
- Modify the ERP system by developing the new features, maintaining current processes.
- Support the staff and teams in making the recommended changes, including helping to resolve any issues.
- Training staff in how to use the new processes.
