Job Description

  • Manage key accounts.
  • Organizing regular sales visits & Meetings.
  • Demonstrating and presenting our products & Services.
  • Identifying / establishing new business & Customers.
  • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
  • reviewing sales performance
  • Negotiating contracts and packages.
  • Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
  • Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner
  • Ensure budget and time requirements are met
  • Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches
  • Monitor and report on sales performance analytics
  • Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in tourism, Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
  • 2-3 years’ experience in similar position Proven work experience as a Sales account executive preferable in tourism sector.
  • Hands on experience with customer service
  • An ability to grasp clients’ needs and to increase customer engagement
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical and time-management skills
