Job Description
- Manage the showroom operation which includes the external scholastic book fairs, reading clubs, and internal selling.
- Assist in developing a marketing strategy for the showroom.
- Coordinate the book showroom activities, resources, equipment and information.
- Monitor showroom staff, showroom progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Keep the showroom inventory updated, opening and closing daily and monthly balance.
- Communicate with school personnel to promote the book fairs and the showroom activities.
- Set a marketing plan for the book fairs and develop an annual schedule for the scholastic fairs.
- Set and administrate book fair rules and procedures.
- Help prepare book fair budget to achieve the book fair revenue goals.
- Take the full responsibility of any book fairs which includes the book fair set up, inventory, staff, selling, expenses ….. etc.
- Build productive working relationships with both internal and external customers through effective, organized, and timely communications, and take immediate action to meet customer needs and concerns.
Job Requirements
- Females Only.
- Bachelor degree.
- Not less than 8 years of experience.
- Must have previous experience at any managerial level.
- Excellent command in written and spoken English
- Excellent computer skills.
