Job Description

  • Responsible for managing marketing, advertising and promotional activities for the organization. Takes steps to measure, enhance, and enrich the position and image of a company through various goals and objectives.
  • Create, execute and evaluate marketing plan and branding objectives in order to achieve sales growth.
  • Implement marketing campaigns, tradeshows and events as per approved marketing plan.
  • Expand product solutions and offerings.
  • Exploring the market for any new product.
  • Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
  • Prepare and adhere to budgets.
  • Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
  • Ensure brand messages are consistent.
  • Engage consumers on social media.
  • Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the company brands.
  • Lead all areas of content generation and moderation across all types of media platforms.
  • Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.
  • Contacts evaluate, engages and coordinates marketing agencies support, ensuring an appropriate balance among centralized and outsourced marketing activities.
  • Performs other tasks, based on management requirements and instructions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of working experience related to marketing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent in both speaking and writing English language.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, self-starter, ability to work with little supervision.
  • Detailed oriented with good organization and team leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-paced and challenging business environment.
  • Willing to take on challenge/multiple tasks and able to work under pressure.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, result oriented, and service-minded.
    Strong computer skills and substantial knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint and Photoshop is a must.
