Job Description
- Responsible for managing marketing, advertising and promotional activities for the organization. Takes steps to measure, enhance, and enrich the position and image of a company through various goals and objectives.
- Create, execute and evaluate marketing plan and branding objectives in order to achieve sales growth.
- Implement marketing campaigns, tradeshows and events as per approved marketing plan.
- Expand product solutions and offerings.
- Exploring the market for any new product.
- Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
- Prepare and adhere to budgets.
- Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
- Ensure brand messages are consistent.
- Engage consumers on social media.
- Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the company brands.
- Lead all areas of content generation and moderation across all types of media platforms.
- Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.
- Contacts evaluate, engages and coordinates marketing agencies support, ensuring an appropriate balance among centralized and outsourced marketing activities.
- Performs other tasks, based on management requirements and instructions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- At least 3 years of working experience related to marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in both speaking and writing English language.
- Strong interpersonal skills, self-starter, ability to work with little supervision.
- Detailed oriented with good organization and team leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a high-paced and challenging business environment.
- Willing to take on challenge/multiple tasks and able to work under pressure.
- Self-motivated, energetic, result oriented, and service-minded.
Strong computer skills and substantial knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint and Photoshop is a must.
