Job Description
- Carry out chemical and physical analysis of samples received from Factory “during Process” according to in-process method of analysis.
- Record all data and methods used for analysis in the sample's own report or in the personal analyst's notebook to be referred to when needed.
- Record the results in in-process certificates.
- Record with signature in the specified instrument's logbook in case of using instrument.
- Organize and store the lab glassware.
- Carry out all preparation and standardization of reagents used for analysis.
- Carry out the factory water sample analysis.
- Carry out the cleaning and calibration processes of all laboratories’ instruments under the supervision of his supervisor “Daily Calibration Only”.
- Identify quality problems and consult the supervisor /head/manager for solutions or corrective action.
