Job Description
- Handle all HR functions focusing on Recruitment & Selection, identifying new recruitment channels as per the company needs.
- Keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in timely fashion.
- Maintains budget spreadsheet that includes salaries, payroll taxes, and fringe allowances.
- Assists in hiring process by coordinating job posting on Web site, reviewing resumes, performing telephone interviews and reference checks.
- Responding to all staff and management inquiries
- Responsible for CV-Bank establishment and updating
- To conduct interviews and tests till supervision level for the different jobs
- Monitors the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant
