Job Description
- Assist in setting accounts strategic direction.
- Ensure the quality, progress, and outcome of the team jobs.
- Motivate members so that they meet deadlines, work productively, and resolve any issues effectively.
- Follow-up on accounts progress on a daily/weekly basis.
- Attend periodic client meetings. Ensure strategy alignment for accounts on a periodic basis.
- Review monthly reports to evaluate account performance.
- Perform a monthly team evaluation. Conduct a monthly accounts evaluation.
- Report to management on a periodic basis.
