Mechanical Production Engineer

- Plan and organize the full production cycle of copper workshop assuring finishing production orders on time.

- Supervise and direct technicians to best process practices to increase the efficiency of workshop.

- Plan and organize all the procedures related to work space in order to assure smooth operation of production cycle and sort out any issue that might affect production quickly.

- Issue BOM of production processes and supervise materials receiving from the store.

- Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout.

- Develops manufacturing processes by studying product requirements; researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment; conferring with equipment vendors.

- Keep good relation with all the stakeholder of production process and represent customers in production management with an aim to improve production practices.

- Enhance team work culture between workshop personnel and carry out their performance appraisals.

- Consider health and safety regulations and avoid accidents in the workshop.
