Senior Deployment Manager - Financial Background

Main Duties:

• Responsibility for the entire implementation process from initial scoping stages through the solution delivery cycle through to ongoing account management
• Being the main contact for clients as they implement our solutions and provide answers to detailed technical questions
• Working closely with clients to ensure the successful delivery of all projects
• Managing the project scope to ensure project targets and timescales are adhered to
• Creating and maintaining project plans to ensure projects are actively tracked and tasks allocated to project team members in line with agreed milestones
• Actively communicating with customers and internal teams to ensure all aims of the project are met
• Completing functional testing and managing client UAT and system rollout stages
• Feeding into the product roadmap any ideas, tools and processes that can help us get our clients live more quickly and smoothly, and ways of improving the products & services we deliver
• Delivering and demonstrating outstanding results to, and for our clients from go-live
• Pro-actively identifying ways of improving the products and services we deliver
• Troubleshooting customer issues, ensuring they receive the most benefit possible from their investment in Ecaresoft solutions
• Organizing and providing training to customers
• Align goals, metrics, and communication around planning and performance.
• Foster innovation and efficiency throughout the company, working in a consultative fashion with other department heads such as marketing, sales, academy and support groups.
• Maintain a positive attitude towards the company, management, other employees, and customers. (we protect our culture vigorously.)
