Job Description
- Applying the organization policies with respect to HSE, quality and crashed targets. With strong and fast reactions.
- Generally it includes monitoring and analyzing the status of running projects with respect to quality, cost and time to check the effectiveness, and working out a strategy for improving if necessary. (leadership and managing skills)
- Managing day-to-day activities, analyzing statistics and reading and writing reports. (strong past experience and know how)
- Also have to do a lot of liaising with other team members, including interacting with managers of different areas of the organization, presenting findings to higher management as well as training and supervising new employees and measuring staff performance. (high communication skills)
- Interacting with clients and other stockholders with very high communication skills to be able to serve the organization targets
- Planning and controlling change.
