Job Description
Main Duties:
- Responsible for proactive, preventive, and periodic maintenance check
- Responsible for handling the maintenance process of the administrative buildings
- Maintaining all the facilities inside the building (Central Air condition systems, Light systems.. etc)
- Participate in the development of procedures and systems for use within the Maintenance Department.
- Record type and cost of maintenance or repair work.
- Develop and monitor the maintenance budget and promptly identify deviations and ensure that appropriate actions are taken to rectify these.
- Review, approve and submit reports, analyze data, and make recommendations for improving building operations and solving maintenance-related problems.
Job Requirements
- Experience in construction maintenance
- 4-6 years of experience
- Electrical/Mechanical/Electromechanical Engineering graduates are preferred
- Electromechanical is a big plus
