Job Description
- Bosta is seeking a user interface/ user experience designer with strong interests and capabilities in the design and development of engaging user experiences.
- The ideal candidate will thrive in a work environment that requires strong problem-solving skills and independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication.
- The candidate will also have extensive experience in a fast-paced and innovative development environment.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with users and product founders to solicit task goals and identify information needs.
- Produce designs to help the entire product team understand the desired customer experience: storyboards; flows; wireframes and prototypes
- Develop user interface designs using various prototyping techniques and documented in UI specification.
- Deliver world-class user interaction designs, from concept to launch
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience working with Proto.io, Balsamiq and invision.
- Advanced HTML, CSS and JavaScript experience
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator and Fireworks
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
- A team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously
- Strong problem solving/code conceptualizing skills and an intuitive nature
- Demonstrated superior visual, user interface, and interaction design skills
- Self-motivated and willing to "do what it takes" to get the job done
- Passion to learn emerging technologies and embrace continuous professional development
- Material Design Knowledge
Education and Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Web Design & Development, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Interactive or Visual Design preferred
