Job Description

  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
  • Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
  • Ensure reception area and the meeting rooms are tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Handle and report the customer calls and coordinate with other departments to solve customers' complaints.
  • Handle the marketing and social media reports .

Job Requirements

  • From 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor degree of Business Administration or equivalent.
  • A sociable person with a positive attitude
  • Very Good command of English language is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft office.
  • Professional appearance.
  • Time Management
  • Female
