Job description:
- As a digital designer, you will participate in design teams achieving state-of- the-art digital experiences that meet client business goals and user needs.
- We are looking for a creative designer who is passionate about pushing the boundaries of digital products, is used to handling creative direction, has solid experience in cross-platform design approach and wants to take part in defining the user interfaces of tomorrow’s digital services and products.
- You will participate in cross-functional design teams through a collaborative design process to deliver rapid prototypes, concept sketches, mood boards, UI elements, design directions, icons and typography.
- You'll work together with our talented project managers, designers to create
award-winning solutions for millions of people.
What you'll do
- Responsible for the graphical user interface and user experience for your projects.
- Create and set project design direction.
- Ability to rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes; balancing pixel-perfect design against low-fi design to optimize workflow and process.
- Partner with Lead UX Designers and Project Managers to advise the client in achieving brilliant digital experiences.
- Practice user centered methodology to form design decisions based on user data and
insights. - Ability to perform and analyze usability testing.
- Ability to create wireframes fast, thoroughly and communicate these to international clients.
- Present and motivate UI design decisions to project stakeholders.
- Ability to work on multiple project simultaneously.
- Participate in estimating, planning and prioritizing new projects.
- Participate in meetings with clients.
Job Requirements
Knowledge and experience:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in designing interactive digital user interfaces.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills, fluent in English.
- Should have a good knowledge on UI & UX
- Experience in designing user interfaces for web, mobile and tablet (iOS/Android) is required.
- Impressive portfolio with web and mobile (both native app and responsive/adaptive design)
- Strong hands-on skills in design and crafting digital user interfaces.
- Profound understanding of design aesthetic with ability to guide clients to achieve appealing user interfaces.
- A strong passion for pixels, alignment, layouts, fonts, creative processes and brand guidelines.
- Documented success cases in designing mobile experiences (both native app and responsive/adaptive design in browser).
- A passion for user observations, data-driven design processes, user analysis and experience in usability testing.
- Participating in meet-ups or active contributor to the UX society/blogs is considered as a big merit.
- Experience dealing effectively with non-creative decision makers.
- Documented experience in data visualization is considered as a big merit.
- Experience in manual & functional testing is a huge plus.
