Job Description
- Preparation of Procurement Plan.
- Issuance of RFP AND RFQ.
- Bid and proposals evaluation.
- Negotiation with suppliers.
- Drafting contracts according to approved contracts forms.
- Drafting purchase orders, and following up with the Financial Department for payments.
- Prepare weekly procurement payments needs.
- Tracking the delivery of the material to the inventory regarding the MIV, MRV.
- Updating logs constantly with new technically approved subcontractors/suppliers.
- Assist Tendering, Cost, Planning and Payment Certification Departments.
- Settlement of subcontractors/supplier disputes in compliance with the contracts provisions.
Job Requirements
- Engineering Degree
- Experience 3+ years MEP Purchasing & Contracts
- Purchasing and Contracts experience
- Quality of suppliers and sub contractors
- Cost Savings
